1 PRELIMINARY APPLICATION
We accept applications by e-mail or by electronic application to www.skolajachtingu.cz. Preliminary is not mandatory for school or for a student.
2 BINDING APPLICATION
The application is considered binding and valid at the time paying the deposit in the required amount.
3 DEPOSIT
- When booking more than 28 days before the course is required to deposit 50% of the course price. Additional invoice will be sent to the student 14 days before the course starts. The school asks the student to pay the additional payment by sending an additional invoice which must be paid by the due date.
- When booking in less than 28 days before the course is necessary to pay full price.
- The school shall send a written reminder note to the email address provided in the application, if the student has not paid additional payment to the due date of additional invoice. If no additional payment paid by the guidelines, schools reserves the right to offer a place on the course to other candidate.
- When schools manage this place to sell to another candidate, only the deposit is forfeited student. When schools fail to sell the place on the course, the student will be required to pay the full price of the course.
4 DURATION OF THE COURSE
Weekend theoretical and practical courses begin on Saturday around 9 am and ends on Sunday around 6 pm.
One day theoretical courses begin around 9 am and ends around 6 pm.
All times are indicative only. Students will be notified of any changes before the start of the course.
5 LATE ARRIVAL, CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION COURSE
- If for some reason you can not come to the beginning of the course, please inform us as soon as possible.
- If a student can not attend a course due to illness or other obligations, the student is required to inform the school as soon as possible. If you have to cancel attendance at a course in less than 28 days before the start of the course, school does everything it can to sell the course place to another candidate. If the school finds a candidate, only the deposit will be forfeited student. If not, the student must pay the full price of the course.
- If the student does not come to the course for any reason and does not inform the school, then the entire amount paid be automatically revoked and school has no further obligations to the student.
6 UNDER 18 YEARS
Students under 18 years old can attend the courses must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. The application must be signed by the parent / legal guardian, and this fact must be mentioned.
7 CANCELLATION COURSE BY SCHOOL
If for any reason the school can not organize a course or for serious reasons, change the course date, the school will inform students as soon as they find this information. In this case, school students will return the amount or proportion of the unused part of of the amount paid for the course, or the students agree on an alternative date. This all obligations of schools to student ends.
8 SCHOOL INSURANCE
The school is insured to the needs of a range of teaching, but the the requirements of individual students may be different. The school strongly recommends that a student buy their own accident insurance, travel and cancellation insurance, or any other insurance that student deems appropriate and necessary. 9 RESPONSIBILITY
The school is not responsible for student vehicles parked in the marina or on the premises of the course, even in the case of students deferred in the car, on pontoons, in the boat or on school premises.
The school is not responsible for the movement of students in the school, in the marina or on the boat. All students attending courses at their own risk and responsibility.
10 CERTIFICATES
The school has high expectations and certificates will be awarded only to those students who in the opinion of the instructor or examiner to meet the required standards. Schools decisions are final and will be accepted by the students.
